MERCH:

Orders are printed and shipped from the mainland Europe, the UK or the USA.

Dispatch time is usually 3–5 working days.

Standard UK shipping for V’s Club members is a flat £8, I’ll take on any additional shipping costs; my little thank you for being part of the club.

Because everything is made to order, I don’t offer exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or the wrong size due to an error, please email info@vivianpanka.com

Wash clothes inside out, gentle cycle, at 30°C (cold wash preferred). Avoid tumble drying to maintain optimal quality.

V’s club tumblers: hand wash recommended to keep them looking fresh (not suitable for dishwasher or microwave).
